Behind the wheel
Since a very young age, Caroline Grifnée was always passionate about any type of motorsport and the nine years she spent within Renault Sport Technologies allowed her to make her passion her work.
Driving, managing logistics, controlling budgets, selecting and supervising suppliers, targeting and adapting events to the corporate strategy of a car manufacturer: these are just some of the skills Caroline possesses. Having acquired this knowledge, in 2014 she became Team Manager of DAMS, the prestigious race team created by Jean-Paul Driot.
This gave Caroline the opportunity to work and be immersed in a championship-winning team as well as to continue to learn the business, gaining greater experience.
In 2015, she also decided to create her own company to widen her range of activities and have more time for other projects: your projects!
Workin’ Event is an organisation totally dedicated to you, as a private individual or a company. Share Caroline’s wide experience to manage a team, anticipate and handle any exceptional situations as well as organising unforgettable events.
See you on the starting grid, Workin’ Event is waiting for you!
